We have a 40-hour contract available for a Sales Coordinator.

Do you have a passion for events, have great attention to detail with a friendly can do attitude? We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for what they do, previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Your role will involve:
To coordinate the sales and administration of meetings and events
Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business mix.
Attend hotel show-rounds, customer appointments and in-house functions.
To produce statistics in line with KPI’s.
Respond to and follow up sales enquires using appropriate methods and measures.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
To be responsible for completing the daily tasks sheet, updating brochures and keeping our “office copy” menu’s up to date.
Salary dependent on experience.
