Experienced Maintenance Manager

You must have experience within the hotel industry and have a full understanding of hotel maintenance systems and act accordingly to eliminate maintenance requirements, ensuring continuity of supply of services with minimum disruption to systems and the operation.

To manage and control all purchasing

You must have extensive knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, as well as carpentry experience, planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.

Preventative maintenance must be performed to prevent breakdowns and oversee public areas and hotel’s bedrooms.

To liaise fully with all departments with regard to maintenance requirements and act accordingly.

Duties to include pat testing, electrical accessory replacements and repair – diagnosing any breakdown problems.

Rectify small carpentry tasks and plumbing, tiling and general decorating and painting.

Fire alarm testing and checking boilers etc.

Contribute constructively to the development of all new projects.

Be available for call out’s 24/7 and every other weekend.

Knowledge of safety requirements is also required.
