We are recruiting for a Commis Chef to join our busy Kitchen Team, offering an excellent opportunity for someone to broaden their experience and gain professional development within a busy, successful kitchen operation.

You’ll ideally already be an established Commis Chef seeking their next challenge, however – if you have a passion for working within hospitality and a passion for developing a career within the culinary profession, we would love to hear from you.

As a Commis Chef you will be responsible for:

Prepares and properly garnishes food orders as they are received in accordance with recipes and proper plate presentation

Supervises and supports team members in own section to achieve optimum quality

Follows proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices at all times

Ensure close down of section in accordance with departmental procedures and standards

A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment

A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality food and customer care.

Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

As our operation is open 24 hours per day, you’ll be reliable and able to work a variety of shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays.
