Very Enjoyable New Years Eve

Over the last 6 years we have spent 4 New Years Eves nights at the hotel, they must be doing something right we keep coming back. This year was to the normal standards with pleasant and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and very high standards of service.

A party of 8 of us had a very enjoyable time from when we arrived at lunchtime on on new years eve till after breakfast on new years day. We have twice tried other "better " hotels eg more expensive !! and although they all have good and poor points we have never had the service levels from all bar staff, dinner staff and breakfast staff that we have come to take for granted at the Abbey

We will be using the hotel again and have in the past recommended the hotel to friends. and the feedback we had from them matched our own experience .
