The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Conference & Banqueting Manager with a hotel environment and will have an excellent understanding of hotel values, and will strive to produce first class, high quality service. You will have the ability to maintain exemplary standards of excellence encouraging and motivating others to follow suit and exceed expectations.
This role will be fully supported by the Food & Beverage Manager however, as Conference & Banqueting Manager you will need to work to budgets and be prepared to work on a rota system including weekends.
You will need to have high standards with knowledge of weddings, corporate and private functions and be a good organizer and effective communicator.
