We are looking for a full time commis chef to join our kitchen team within our 4 star hotel. As commis chef you will be expected to work on different sections of the kitchen supporting senior chefs and should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Preparation, cooking and presentation of food for services within the hotel – i.e. A la carte 2 rosette restaurant, bar restaurant, banqueting suites, conferences and room service menus using all fresh produce.
