Part Time Administration Assistant - 24 hours per week
This position is for a part time Administration Assistant - 24 hours a week within an HR department - Monday - Friday.
- Ensure that for all new team members the reference process is correctly followed and appropriate action taken upon receipt of references.
- Maintain all personnel records for all team members, ensuring that information is up to date and accurate at all times.
- Ensure that all human resources administration is completed in a timely manner.
- Be the first point of contact for all human resources queries.
- Attend all meetings as requested within the hotels.
- Maintain and develop the team member areas within the hotel and ensure that all notice boards in these areas are timely and informative.
- To assist with the hotel payroll and ensure its accuracy at all times and make sure that all team members are paid correctly.
- Positive attitude.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- IT proficiency.
Experience with Microsoft Office is essential.
