Part Time Administration Assistant - 24 hours per week

This position is for a part time Administration Assistant - 24 hours a week within an HR department - Monday - Friday.

  • Ensure that for all new team members the reference process is correctly followed and appropriate action taken upon receipt of references.
  • Maintain all personnel records for all team members, ensuring that information is up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Ensure that all human resources administration is completed in a timely manner.
  • Be the first point of contact for all human resources queries.
  • Attend all meetings as requested within the hotels.
  • Maintain and develop the team member areas within the hotel and ensure that all notice boards in these areas are timely and informative.
  • To assist with the hotel payroll and ensure its accuracy at all times and make sure that all team members are paid correctly.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail.
  • IT proficiency.

Experience with Microsoft Office is essential.
