Ensure floor area is clean, dry and safe for all staff.
Ensure that all pot wash and dish washing areas are left clean.
Clean and maintain cutting equipment.
Ensure all equipment is stored in appropriate places ready for re-use.
Empty bins in kitchen and replace black sacks.
