The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Hospitality, Duty or Guest Relations Manager and will have an excellent understanding of hotel values, and will strive to produce first class, high quality service. You will have the ability to maintain exemplary standards of excellence encouraging and motivating others to follow suit and exceed expectations.
In this role you will predominately be performing duty management shifts and will be involved in overseeing the day to day operation of the hotel. This will include making certain that any guest challenges are dealt with proficiently and with continuity, ensuring our guests are given a warm welcome throughout their stay and to ensure the safe running of the hotel.
The role will include working shift patterns, the successfully appointed candidate will be a confident communicator as the role involves dealing with both internal and external guests, department managers and will report directly in to the Senior Duty Manager.
