Christmas Relaxation

This is the only hotel or restaurant we have ever returned to for Xmas. We stopped 2 nights each year and took the lunch on both Xmas days.

It is a really relaxed atmosphere and the food starting at 1.30 eventually reached the coffee stage at 4.45 when all the lovely courses were complete. This is going to be the only hotel we have returned to 3 years in a row.

To sing their praises a bit more:we are looking for a convivial but relaxed atmosphere and a room to chill out in. The swimming pool and fitness centre help too. This year we took a friend who has some difficulty with mobility due to age and they were so obliging about extra heating, chair and checking she was ok.

I like this place a lot and think the staff are excellent and the price a bargain.
