Experienced Full Time Receptionist - 40 hours per week

As a Receptionist you will be expected to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and provide a warm welcome to all guests at the hotel.

You will be required to deliver service in line with the Mystery Guest standard ensuring that all guests receive exceptional hospitality.

You will be expected to work with our front office system Opera, and be proficient in processes such as check in and check out. You will be expected to deal with guest enquires and provide information and advice on the hotel and the surrounding area. You should be able to cope with dealing with a number of requests at one time and be happy to work within a busy environment, which maintains its focus on customer service.

You will also be responsible for switchboard duties and maintain a focus on delivering a fantastic guest experience even prior to arrival. The role of a receptionist also includes dealing with billing and ensuring that this is accurate and processed correctly, with this in mind attention to detail and an ability to follow procedures will be an important aspect of the role.

You will need to have a strong team work attitude and be prepared to support other members of the team in completing a range of tasks at busy times.

The role will require you to utilise our front office system software so IT skills will be essential for the role.

You will be expected to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends (both early 07.00 start and late finishes 23.00). The ability to work over weekends and public bank holidays is essential.
