All our fitness classes are available for both members and non-member (everyone welcome). Members are charged £1.50 per person/per class and non-members are charged £5.00 per person/per class.

Pilates Exercise Classes Redditch

Pilates aims to strengthen the body with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and well being. Pilates will help improve your posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility as well as relieve stress and tension.

Yogalates Exercise Classes Redditch

holistic form of exercise that combines the breathing techniques of yoga with the body movements of Pilates. Yogalates will help you achieve a streamlined, leaner more flexible body while enhancing spinal alignment and posture. Ideal to help flat tummies taut bums and create muscle definition. Aquafit Exercise Classes Redditch

Also known as aqua aerobics provides good cardio vascular and muscular exercise for all with minimal risk of injury. Aquafit is an aerobics session in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness. Unlike aerobics on land, Aquafit is low-impact and the cushioning effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees.  Enjoy our aquafit exercise class:

Thursday at 2.30pm – 3.15pm
Thursday at 6.30pm – 7.15pm
Saturday at 9.00am – 9.45am
