  • Full Time Kitchen Porter

    Keep pot wash, dish wash area and yard as hygienic and as clean as possible at all times to meet current legislation.
    Ensure floor area is clean, dry and safe for all staff.
    Ensure that all pot wash and dish washing areas are left clean.
    Clean and maintain cutting equipment.
    Ensure all equipment is stored in appropriate places ready for re-use.
    Empty bins in kitchen and replace black sacks.

  • Full Time Head Receptionist

    We are looking for a head receptionist with a great personality to share our passion and pride for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile.  You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.  Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is beneficial and you will need to be PC literate as the role requires working with a computerised front office system Opera. 
    In order to be considered for this role you must;

    • Have previous experience supervising and training a diverse team within a reception environment.
    • Responsibility for the reception rota ensuring sufficient staff cover at all times.
    • Be efficient, organised and have excellent communication skills.
    • Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and able to deal with high profile clients in a professional manner.
    • Be confident, professional and have a welcoming personality.
    • Have an excellent telephone manner and an excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Full Time Deputy Head Greenkeeper

    Ensure course is kept in first class playing condition.     
    Maintain all areas surrounding the course and within the course boundaries.
    Carry out appropriate maintenance and treatment of grasses and soils throughout the year, including regular aeration.
    Prepare winter maintenance program for the approval of the Course Manager.
    Ensure that the sprinkler system is fully operational and that individual spray stations are accurately directed.
    Maintain records of the application of pesticides and fertilizers.
    Advise on the use of temporary greens and tees during the winter and on whether the course should be closed in the event of snow, frost or flooding.
    Maintain tees and greens to the required standard.
    Plant, fell or trim trees as requested by the Course Manager.
    Take or recommend appropriate action against rabbits and other pests.

  • Full Time Receptionist

    As a Receptionist you will be expected to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and provide a warm welcome to all guests at the hotel.
    You will be expected to work with our front office system Opera, and be proficient in processes such as check in and check out. You will be expected to deal with guest enquires and provide information and advice on the hotel and the surrounding area. You should be able to cope with dealing with a number of requests at one time and be happy to work within a busy environment, which maintains its focus on customer service.
    You will also be responsible for switchboard duties and maintain a focus on delivering a fantastic guest experience even prior to arrival. The role of a receptionist also includes dealing with billing and ensuring that this is accurate and processed correctly, with this in mind attention to detail and an ability to follow procedures will be an important aspect of the role.

  • Part Time Commis Chef & Full Time Commis Chef

    We are looking for a commis chef to join our kitchen team within our 4 star hotel. As commis chef you will be expected to work on different sections of the kitchen supporting senior chefs and should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Preparation, cooking and presentation of food for services within the hotel – i.e. A la carte restaurant, bar restaurant, banqueting suites, conferences and room service menus using all fresh produce.

  • Reservations Co-ordinator -Maternity Cover Only
    This is a Full Time position 40 hours per week any 5 from 7 to cover maternity leave for 6 months. You will be dealing with reservations and sale enquiries. Experienced preferred but full training will be given. 
  • Full Time Chef de Partie - 40 hours per week

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Chef de Partie - 40 hours per week any 5 from 7 days. We are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join our kitchen team within our 4 star hotel. The chef de partie that takes on this role will have previous experience working within a professional kitchen environment. Preparation, cooking and presentation of food for services within the hotel – i.e. A la carte restaurant, bar restaurant, banqueting suites, conferences and room service menus using all fresh produce.
