- Temporary Part Time Kitchen Assistant - zero hour contract
This position is temporary for the (Summer Only) zero contract - as and when required. Duties to assist the chef with basic food preaparation i.e. bacon baps, sandwiches, etc. To help with the pot wash and dish washer making sure all areas are left clean and tidy; ensure the floor area is clean, dry and safe for all staff.

Keep pot wash, dish wash area and yard as hygienic and as clean as possible at all times to meet current legislation.Ensure floor area is clean, dry and safe for all staff.Ensure that all pot wash and dish washing areas are left clean.Clean and maintain cutting equipment.Ensure all equipment is stored in appropriate places ready for re-use.Empty bins in kitchen and replace black sacks. - Full Time Commis Chef
