How do I book a hotel room?

To book a room at the Abbey Hotel or check availability, simply click on the icon (pictured left) which is always located on the top right of the website. Please note this will open up a new window.

How secure is your website booking?

Our website booking system is secured using an industry standard encryption method which means that your personal data is protected at all times.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel a booking please call our reservations department on 01527 406600 or by email reservations@theabbeyhotel.co.uk as soon as possible, we will confirm your cancellation by providing you with a cancellation reference. You may also be asked to provide written confirmation of your cancellation by fax 01527 406514 or by email reservations@theabbeyhotel.co.uk A cancellation charge may apply - please check your terms and conditions for details.

What is the payment process?

Credit/debit card deposits: all bookings must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. A non-refundable deposit of 10% will be deducted from your card at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. Some bookings may require full prepayment at the time of booking or additional payment prior to your arrival. Any outstanding balance is payable on departure from the hotel
