Exercise classes for all at The Abbey Health Club in Redditch.
We are interested in working with regular people, people like you and us, who want and need to change their lifestyles and point themselves in a more healthy direction. View details of our exercise classes below, we also offer personal training and great membership rates to join our fantastic Health Club.
All our fitness classes are available for both members and non-member (everyone welcome). Members are charged £1.50 per person/per class and non-members are charged £3.00 per person/per class.
YOGALATES EXCERCISE CLASSES
A holistic form of exercise that combines the breathing techniques of yoga with the body movements of Pilates. Yogalates will help you achieve a streamlined, leaner more flexible body while enhancing spinal alignment and posture. Ideal to help flat tummies taut bums and create muscle definition. Enjoy our yogalates fitness class every
- Tuesday at 6.00pm - 7.00pm
AQUAFIT EXCERCISE CLASSES
Also known as aqua aerobics provides good cardio vascular and muscular exercise for all with minimal risk of injury. Aquafit is an aerobics session in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness. Unlike areobics on land, Aquafit is low-impact and the cushioning effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees. Enjoy our aquafit exersise class:
- Thursday at 2.30pm - 3.15pm
- Thursday at 6.45pm - 7.30pm
- Saturday at 9.00am - 9.45am
