This position is for 40 hours per week - working hours 23.00 - 07.00 hrs. A current CV is required to apply for this position.
You are responsible for daily running issues that arise during your shift.
Ensure the full provision of all products and services to the guest from arrival to departure.
Give full support to the Front of House Manager and the Operations Manager and to control and develop the night portering function (to become self managing) to ensure the effective completion of all their roles and responsibilities.
Minimise interdepartmental conflict between interacting departments. Development and motivation of all employees.
Communications structure is followed within your area.
Backing up of all computer systems are carried out daily.
Checking daily of any system error and reporting of any errors.
Ensure all locking up procedures and security policies are carried out and maintained.
Duty Management – Ensure the full provision of all products and services to the customer.
Manage and monitor rotas i.e. correct staffing levels, holidays and days off to accommodate the needs of the business.
Completion of departmental Business & Strategy Plans
To review & update SOP Manual for night team.
To attend monthly Management & Duty Meetings.
Completion of appraisals & training plans for night team.
Follow any reasonable request ask by Hotel Management.
Completion of monthly stock take.
Duty Manager shifts as required.
Weekly ordering to ensure enough liquor stock available.
Till system updated as and when required.
To operate weddings & events as required.
