Conference Venue Meeting Rooms
There are seven major hotel conference rooms used for conferences or special events at The Abbey Hotel Conference Venue, Worcestershire.
The conference wing at the hotel comprises the Henley-in-Arden Suite, the Henley Syndicate Meeting Room and Warwick Meeting Room on the ground floor and the Norton Adderley Suite on the first floor. This conference wing has its own separate entrance with ample free parking in the hotel car park. All meeting rooms have lots of natural daylight and air conditioning.
- Henley-in-Arden Conference Suite forms the largest integrated area in the conference venue and has and views over the gardens. It is ideal for meetings, conferences, training seminars and product launches. It can seat from 40 delegates in a horseshoe up to 170 theatre style. This suite is also ideal for a dinner dance for up to 160 guests. With soundproofed partitioning it can be divided into two meeting rooms:-
- The Henley Conference Room seating up to 80 theatre style or 70 for dinner.
- The Arden Conference Room is ideal for a smaller conference and can seat from 20 to 70 delegates or up to 70 for dinner.
- The Warwick Conference Room can accommodate up to 80 delegates for a meeting or 50 for a dinner dance. It has its own bar and dance floor and can be used with the Henley in Arden Suite to provide a bar facility.
- The Henley Syndicate Conference Room is ideal for smaller meetings or seminars from 10 to 24 delegates.
- The Norton Adderley Conference Suite can take up to 50 delegates for a conference or 50 for a private dinner. This suite has soundproofed partitioning which enables it to be divided into two rooms:-
- The Norton Conference room is ideal for smaller conferences from 10 to 20 delegates.
- The Adderley Meeting Room can accommodate up to 40 conference delegates.
- The Westminster Conference Room is situated on the ground floor in the hotel. It benefits from air conditioning and views over the golf course and can accommodate up to 45 delegates.
