We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Junior Sous Chef from a fresh food background to join our team within our 4-star hotel.
We are looking for confident and experienced individual who can deliver quality and consistency in our kitchen. With an excellent reputation for our food and service, we need the right candidates to work with us to maintain and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate about food, a role model for the junior chefs.
You must have at least 2 years previous experience at senior level within a quality fresh food environment with high volume experience, you will assist with menu planning, ordering, stock control & taking responsibility with the Sous Chef in the head chef’s absence and ensure standards are kept high at all times.
