Experienced Food and Beverage Manager – Strong F&B Background
We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Food & Beverage Manager on a 40 hour per week contract any 5 from 7 days to join our established 4-star hotel that provides a variety of conferences, weddings & social events throughout the year with exceptional facilities for both business & leisure guests.
You will be report to the Hotel Manager and General Manager. As F&B Manager you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the operational management team. You will drive the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring the highest quality of product is constantly delivered.
Must have previous 4 star hotel Food and Beverage management experience within a circa 99 bedroom operation.
Must have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards.
Possess very strong F&B knowledge and good C&B knowledge, with a good experience of a high quality food operation but also possessing a broad background of all other areas within the business.
Must be commercially astute.
A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation.
Good skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the business.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management.
Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & constantly delivering top class customer service.
