• Full Time Commis Chef
  We are looking for a commis chef to join our kitchen team within our 4 star hotel. As commis chef you will be expected to work on different sections of the kitchen supporting senior chefs and should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Preparation, cooking and presentation of food for services within the hotel – i.e. A la carte restaurant, bar restaurant, banqueting, conferences and room service menus using all fresh produce.  We offer on going training, uniforms, disounts on our leisure facilities and subsidised meals whilst on duty.
• Temporary Experienced Full Time Receptionist
  

  This temporary position is full time until the end of October 2012. The experienced candidate must be smart in appearance, customer focused, have good communication skills and highly organised. Duties are to greet and deal with guests in an efficient manner on arrival and departure from the hotel. Knowledge of entirety system is an advantage but training will be given. This role will include early, late shifts and weekends.
